At
East
Yoga
Center, we’ve created an
East
Village
sanctuary to which our students can escape the chaos of the city, connect with
like-minded people in the community, and center themselves through the
practice of yoga.
Our vinyasa yoga
practice is vigorous and creative with an emphasis on the alignment of
postures (asanas) and breath (prana). We
have classes for every level of student that will help you sweat, stretch, and
strengthen your body, mind, and spirit.
Our
goal at East Yoga is to combine superior teachers with an intimate setting
enabling us to work closely with students, guide progress, and forge
relationships. It is our belief that yoga is and should continue to be FUN. We
